Shipping & Pickup

Standard shipping

  • Standard shipping is $12 when the order total after discounts and before taxes is below $200.
  • Standard shipping is free when that total is $200 or more.
  • Original standard and expedited outbound shipping charges are normally nonrefundable.

The $12 outbound shipping charge is separate from the $10 deduction that applies only when a Main & Taylor prepaid return label is actually used for a return.

Where orders ship from

Orders may ship from our Raleigh or Greensboro store according to inventory availability. We may transfer merchandise between stores to consolidate an order before shipping it to you. Website inventory is pooled and does not guarantee that a particular item is available at either store. Please call for store-specific availability.

Tracking information identifies the carrier and shipment after fulfillment. Split shipments may have separate tracking and delivery dates.

Printed return label

An online order containing at least one eligible non-sale item includes one printed peel-and-stick prepaid return label. The label already contains the correct return destination. For a split order, the label is placed in the first parcel containing an eligible non-sale item. If the label is missing or unusable, contact us for a replacement; a replacement does not create an additional deduction.

Pickup

Raleigh online pickup is available only when checkout specifically offers it. Greensboro pickup is arranged by phone. Website inventory is pooled, so online availability does not confirm that merchandise is physically present at a particular store.
