Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders ship from our Raleigh or Greensboro, North Carolina stores. Full-price returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on purchases of $200 or more.
- Orders under $200 incur a flat-rate shipping fee.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- During weekends, holidays, or other extenuating circumstances, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
- Orders may ship from either our Raleigh or Greensboro, North Carolina locations depending on inventory availability.
- We ship using USPS or UPS based on destination and carrier efficiency.
- Tracking is provided when your order is confirmed.
- Expedited shipping may be available upon request, with additional carrier-based fees.
- If an item ordered is no longer available, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
- We are unable to process direct exchanges or size swaps online.
- To change sizes or items, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, the original purchase price minus applicable shipping costs will be refunded.
Returns
- Returns on full-price items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
- Use the prepaid return label included with your order, include the original packing slip, and drop off the package with the listed carrier.
- A return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund when using the prepaid return label.
- Eligible items may also be returned in person at either store location to avoid the return shipping fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are available only for eligible full-price items.
- Once processed, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
