Orders & Shipping
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (up to 3 around weekends and holidays). They ship from our Raleigh or Greensboro stores via USPS or UPS, and tracking is provided when your order is confirmed.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request, with additional carrier-based fees — contact us before placing your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns on full-price items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
Use the prepaid return label included with your order, include the original packing slip, and drop the package off with the listed carrier. A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid label. You can also return eligible items in person at either store location to avoid the return shipping fee.
We are unable to process direct exchanges or size swaps online. To change sizes or items, return the original purchase and place a new order — once the original item is received and inspected, the purchase price minus applicable shipping costs will be refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Once processed, they may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
