We make it easy to find the right size. This guide provides general women’s shoe sizing information and European size references to help you choose confidently. Because shoe sizing is not universally standardized across brands, European (EU) sizing is used as a consistent baseline, with fit varying by brand, style, materials, and construction.

Because shoe fit can vary across brands and styles, we make it easy to find the right size. Qualifying online orders containing an eligible non-sale item include a peel-and-stick return label. If your pair doesn’t fit, simply peel the label, place it on the box, and send it back. Once the return shipment is received, we issue your refund promptly so you can reorder the correct size with confidence.

Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $12. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Eligible online returns must be physically received by Main & Taylor within 10 calendar days after delivery or pickup.
A prepaid peel-and-stick return label is included with all returnable online orders for easy return shipping. Alternatively, you may drop off eligible online returns at either our Raleigh or Greensboro store.
Sale merchandise, accessories, evening bags, clothing, and all Linda Richards merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
We do not process direct online exchanges or size swaps. Return eligible merchandise under the online return policy and place a new order for the replacement.
