Shipping

Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being placed. In some cases—such as weekends, holidays, or other extenuating circumstances—orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

Orders may ship from either our Raleigh or Greensboro, North Carolina locations depending on inventory availability. We ship using USPS or UPS, based on destination and carrier efficiency. If an item ordered is no longer available, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on purchases of $200+
• Orders under $200 incur a $12 flat-rate shipping fee (shipping fees are non-refundable)

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available upon request and will incur additional fees based on carrier pricing.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are not automatically sent, but are available upon request.

Exchanges

We are unable to process direct exchanges or size swaps online.

Size or Item Changes

To change sizes or items, please return the original purchase and place a new order. Once the original item is received, the original purchase price will be refunded.

Returns

Returns on full-price items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return by Mail

• Use the pre-paid, peelable return label included with your order
• Include the original packing slip
• Drop off at any U.S. Post Office

Return Fee

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted when using the pre-paid label. Customers may return eligible items in person at either store location to avoid the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

International Orders: We are currently unable to process international orders.
