Free standard shipping on $200+. Orders ship from our North Carolina stores. Full-price returns within 14 days; sale items are final sale.
Family-owned for over 30 years, with orders packed and shipped by our in-store team in Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina.
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being placed
- In some cases—such as weekends, holidays, or other extenuating circumstances—orders may take up to 3 business days to ship
- Orders may ship from either our Raleigh or Greensboro, North Carolina locations depending on inventory availability
Carrier
- We typically ship via USPS, unless a delivery issue requires an alternate carrier
- We may ship using USPS or UPS, based on destination and carrier efficiency
- If an item ordered is no longer available, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued
Rates
- Free standard shipping on purchases of $200+
- Orders under $200 incur a $12 flat-rate shipping fee (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping is available upon request
- Additional fees apply based on carrier pricing
Tracking
- Tracking numbers are provided when order is confirmed
- Tracking numbers are also available upon request
Exchanges
- We are unable to process direct exchanges or size swaps online
Size or Item Changes
- To change sizes or items, please return the original purchase and place a new order
- Once the original item is received, the original purchase price will be refunded
Returns
- Returns on full-price items are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Return Eligibility
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition
- Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted
- Sale items are final sale, unless otherwise noted
How to Return by Mail
- Use the pre-paid, peelable return label included with your order
- Include the original packing slip
- Drop off at any U.S. Post Office
Return Fee
- A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted when using the pre-paid label
- Customers may return eligible items in person at either store location to avoid the return shipping fee
Refunds
Refund Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected
- Refunds are available only for full-price items
- Refunds are available up to 14 days after purchase
- Once processed, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
International Orders: We are currently unable to process international orders.
